NUS scholarship is limited for some countries. The NUS scholarship is open specially ASEAN nation. ASEAN coverage countries are: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei, Myanmar, and Laos.
Eligibility for ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship of NUS

Important Terms of ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship Program
- Available for full-time undergraduate students (including double/joint degrees)
- Covers only the undergraduate component of concurrent degree programs
- Not applicable for certain programs: Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Music, Yale-NUS
- Recipients of the MOE Tuition Grant are required to serve a 3-year bond in Singapore
- Longer service bonds apply to:
- 5 years for Dentistry
- 6 years for Medicine
- Cannot combine this scholarship with others without approval
- Must be maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above to renew
- May study overseas for one semester, but must complete two more semesters at NUS
- No job placement is guaranteed after graduation
- Early withdrawal requires repayment of scholarship funds
